Northeast Hospitality Brokers (NEHB), a brokerage firm specializing in hotel real estate transactions, is pleased to announce the successful sale of the Pamola Motor Lodge, located in the heart of Millinocket, Maine. The hotel, known for its large on-site bar and restaurant, was acquired by Shreeji, LLC, on July 17, 2024.
